Key Responsibilities
We’re seeking a high-calibre Food & Beverage Manager to:
- Lead operations across bars, restaurants, arcades, and gaming, ensuring smooth service delivery and after-service standards.
- Maximise profitability through smart sales strategies, budget management, and KPI-driven decision-making.
- Drive team performance with motivation, coaching, and development (attentive to our 'Holiday Heroes' culture: Attentive • Amazing • Lovers).
- Oversee financial responsibilities, including stock management, delivery logistics, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Identify business opportunities while maintaining robust cost controls and efficiencies.
- Collaborate closely with other park managers to align commercial strategies and foster cross-departmental growth.
- Represent the business professionally to owners, stakeholders, suppliers, and external contacts.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Food & Beverage management role (or equivalent).
- Proven track record in sales growth, cost control, and team leadership.
- Strong commercial acumen with budgeting, KPI monitoring, and profit targets.
- Experience in large-scale operations, including hotels, resorts, or high-demand venues.
- A people-first mindset—understanding that happy teams create happy guests.
- Commitment to continual professional development and embracing change.
Nice to Have:
- Hands-on experience with retail operations (arcades/gaming).
- Understanding of sustainability and ethical business practices.
- A flair for hospitality innovation (spa/watersports integration?).
