Food & Beverage Manager – Telesales & Technology Events (EMEA)

The Opportunity

As our portfolio across the EMEA region continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our specialist Food & Beverage team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating exceptional culinary experiences and has experience delivering food and beverage programmes for large-scale corporate events across multiple international destinations.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Director, you’ll lead the planning, budgeting and onsite delivery of F&B across a portfolio of events throughout the EMEA region, working closely with clients, venues, suppliers, and internal teams to create memorable experiences that delight attendees while delivering exceptional value.


Key Responsibilities

Food & Beverage Planning & Delivery

  • Lead the planning and delivery of food and beverage across a portfolio of complex events throughout the EMEA region.
  • Design creative, memorable menus and beverage programmes that align with:
    • Client objectives
    • Attendee demographics
    • Local cultures
  • Create engaging F&B presentations and culinary concepts that bring event experiences to life.
  • Manage all F&B project documentation, timelines, and operational plans to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Ensure all catering operations are delivered to the highest standards onsite, proactively resolving challenges as they arise.

Client & Supplier Management

  • Partner with Account Directors, clients, and project teams to understand:
    • Event objectives
    • Budgets
    • Attendee requirements
  • Build strong relationships with:
    • Venues
    • Caterers
    • Suppliers across the EMEA region
  • Negotiate supplier contracts to achieve outstanding quality and value for money.
  • Ensure all dietary, cultural, and regional requirements are considered throughout planning and delivery.

Financial Management

  • Develop and manage detailed event budgets, monitoring costs throughout project delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to maximise value while maintaining exceptional attendee experiences.
  • Manage financial forecasting and proactively communicate risks or opportunities to project teams and clients.

Operational Excellence

  • Collect and analyse onsite F&B data to support post-event reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute ideas and best practice to evolve Nteractive’s food and beverage offering across global events.
  • Ensure all legal, health & safety, and food compliance requirements are met across multiple international markets.
  • Coach and support colleagues onsite, providing leadership as required.

What You’ll Bring

  • Significant experience delivering Food & Beverage programmes within:
    • Large-scale corporate events
    • Hospitality
    • Live event environments
  • Experience planning and delivering:
    • Multiple concurrent international events
  • Strong project management skills, including:
    • Managing complex logistics
    • Handling multiple priorities
  • Experience managing:
    • Onsite catering operations
    • Leading venue and supplier teams
  • Excellent financial acumen, with experience in:
    • Managing event budgets
  • Outstanding relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • A passion for food, wine, beverages, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using project management tools.
  • Experience delivering events across the EMEA region (highly desirable).
  • A Hospitality or Catering qualification and/or WSET qualification (not essential but advantageous).
