Location: Buxton Crescent

Contract: Full Time

We’re now seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional dining experiences that meet our guests’ high expectations.


About the Role

As our Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for managing:

  • Our restaurant, café, and conference dining operations
  • Ensuring flawless service, immaculate presentation, and delighted guests

You’ll be a visible, hands-on leader, setting standards with your team, fostering a culture of service excellence, and guiding supervisors daily.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and inspire the F&B team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Oversee all restaurant and bar operations while maintaining exceptional service standards
  • Drive performance, profitability, and cost control across the department
  • Lead recruitment, training, development, and performance management of your team
  • Ensure smooth service delivery across all outlets, including conferences and room service
  • Maintain strong guest relationships, handling feedback professionally
  • Manage rotas, stock control, and departmental budgets
  • Champion health, safety, and compliance at all times
  • Collaborate closely with other departments for a seamless guest journey

Requirements

We’re looking for a confident, proactive manager with:

  • Proven experience managing Food & Beverage operations in a hotel, resort, or premium hospitality setting
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Strength in fast-paced environments and a lead-from-the-front mentality
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets effectively
  • Exceptional people leadership, with a focus on development and motivation
  • Pride in high standards, attention to detail, and operational excellence
