We are currently recruiting for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager (Maternity cover – 9 /12 months) to lead our food and beverage team at Delta hotels by Marriott Tudor Park Country Club.
Your role
You will have an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of growing fantastic teams by leading from the front, while keeping your guests at heart of everything that you do.
You will take full ownership of restaurants, bars, in-room dining and Meetings & Events, driving both operational standards and commercial performance across the department.
We are looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in pace, complexity, and change.
The ideal person for this role will be a true epicurean – a food and drink enthusiast, who maintains a solid and up-to-date understanding of the restaurant and bar scene.
As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will ensure the smooth operational running of the F&B outlets in order to deliver an excellent and memorable experience for our guests.
The ideal person for this role will be enthusiastic about change, focused on details and trusting.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full Food & Beverage operation, including outlets and Meetings & Events
- Oversee the execution of conferences, banqueting, and private events to the highest standard
- Drive profitability, cost control, and revenue growth across all F&B streams
- Identify and maximise upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Build, train, and develop a high-performing F&B team
- Ensure consistent service excellence across all guest touchpoints
- Work closely with Sales, Revenue, and Kitchen teams to deliver seamless operations
- Implement and maintain robust SOPs, training frameworks, and service standards
- Take a visible, hands-on approach to leadership across all outlets
- Monitor performance through audits, guest feedback, and financial KPIs

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an F&B Manager or Senior F&B Leader in a hotel or high-volume hospitality environment
- Strong background across both outlets and Meetings & Events operations
- Commercially driven, with a clear track record of improving performance
- Confident leading large, diverse teams and driving accountability
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple revenue streams simultaneously
- Strong presence on the floor - visible, hands-on, and guest-focused
- Passion for training, coaching, and building future leaders
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable leading change
