About the role
We’re seeking a friendly and attentive Food & Beverage Server to join our team on a permanent basis. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences, ensuring guests receive high-quality service in a professional and welcoming environment.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
What you will do
- Prepare dining areas by setting up tables, chairs, linens, and tableware to the highest standards
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide attentive, personalised service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly
- Serve food and drinks while maintaining excellent presentation and quality standards
- Anticipate guest needs and handle requests efficiently and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and the overall restaurant environment
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and timely service
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in food & beverage service or hospitality is preferred but not essential – full training provided
- Positive, friendly, and professional attitude with a passion for customer service
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to remain on your feet for extended periods and carry trays.
