Food and Beverage Supervisor – The Grand Hotel Leicester by The Unlimited Collection

The Grand Hotel Leicester by the Unlimited Collection is seeking a charming and engaging Food and Beverage Supervisor with a passion for service excellence. You will report to the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, working towards providing our guests with memorable experiences in the restaurant.


Key Responsibilities

The Food and Beverage Supervisor will:

  • Assist the F&B Manager in building an effective team through effective leadership and setting the right example
  • Train and develop employees, oversee departmental induction, lead monthly department meetings, and manage planning, assigning, and delegating work
  • Provide exceptional service by delivering memorable guest experiences, demonstrating full knowledge of products and facilities
  • Ensure all daily operational tasks are completed effectively
  • Promote collaboration with colleagues to deliver captivating guest experiences
  • Enhance the guest experience through proactive problem-solving
  • Train and coach staff systematically to meet service standards and product delivery expectations
  • Handle guest complaints while adhering to correct procedures
  • Drive sales awareness and maximise sales opportunities within the department

Requirements

To excel as a Food and Beverage Supervisor, we need candidates with:

  • Excellent guest engagement skills
  • Previous Hospitality Experience
  • Strong customer service skills and experience managing customer requests and complaints
  • Great organizational, communication, and professional presence
  • Ability to adapt to diverse guest expectations in fast-paced environments
  • A fluent command of English (additional languages preferred)
