Food and Beverage Supervisor
As one of Europe’s leading premium health and wellness groups, we are seeking an experienced and driven Food and Beverage Supervisor (Clubroom) to join our team!
About the Role
The Club Room is the heart of our lifestyle clubs. Here, members enjoy delicious, healthy meals in a lively atmosphere where they work, relax, socialise, or attend events.
As our Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will:
- Oversee and manage teams in both indoor and outdoor operations
- Ensure smooth running of events, such as summer BBQs, quiz nights, and other member activities
- Foster a culture of belonging where teams thrive physically and mentally
- Lead teams to deliver exceptional food quality and customer experience

About You
We’re looking for a motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor with:
- A results-driven mindset: Take pride in delivering high-quality food and exceptional service for members
- Team leadership: Proven experience managing teams in large service environments, such as:
- Restaurants
- Attractions
- Retail units
- Sporting or leisure facilities
- Collaboration skills: A strong team player who thrives on building relationships and supporting colleagues
Requirements:
- Experience managing operational service teams
- Strong customer service foundation
- High energy and passion for creating great guest experiences
