Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week | Permanent | Live-in accommodation available

Join one of Wiltshire’s most prestigious hospitality destinations at the heart of the beautiful Bowood Estate. We are seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead the day-to-day running of our Clubhouse Bar, delivering relaxed yet high-quality food and beverage service in a stunning countryside setting.
Working under the direction of the Restaurant & Bars Manager, you will support the smooth operation of all clubhouse and wider F&B areas, ensuring service standards, presentation, and profitability consistently meet the expectations of a luxury AA 4 Red Star resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations within the Clubhouse Bar
- Deliver consistent, high-quality food and beverage service
- Ensure exceptional guest service aligned with luxury hotel standards
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and smooth operational flow
- Assist with stock control and support cost and revenue targets
- Work across the Clubhouse bar and occasional conference & banqueting operations
- Help create a welcoming, relaxed, and professional guest experience
- Support and guide team members through training and supervision

The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Experience in a hotel, restaurant, bar, or golf club environment preferred
- Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
- Natural leader who enjoys motivating and supporting a team
- Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences
- Interest in food, drink, and hospitality progression
- Flexible approach to working evenings, weekends, and varied shifts
This role is based at the rural estate of Bowood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort within the wider Bowood Estate near Calne.
- Live-in accommodation available; or
- Own reliable transport is essential due to rural location. Easily commutable from Chippenham, Swindon, Devizes, Melksham, Bath, Corsham and surrounding Wiltshire areas.
