Food & Beverage Supervisor - Brandshatch Place Hotel & Spa

Location: Fawkham, Kent

Salary: Starting at £14.30 per hour + service charge + excellent colleague benefits

Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | 5 days out of 7

We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor at Brandshatch Place Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.

Responsibilities

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will:

  • Help create an exceptional guest experience by ensuring our dining areas, bars, and service spaces are operated to the highest standards.
  • Oversee the smooth delivery of food and drink service, ensuring tables are beautifully set, service stations are fully stocked, and premium food and beverage offerings are presented with care and consistency.
  • Supervise the team on the floor and assist with service supervision.
  • Uphold our reputation for outstanding hospitality and quality service.

This role runs full-time (5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota basis), for 40 hours per week, though hours may vary according to business needs.

Flexible working hours may be accommodated where possible.
