Are you passionate about hospitality and ready to lead a dynamic team? The Glasgow Marriott Hotel is seeking an enthusiastic Food Service Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage department. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your leadership career in a fast-paced, world-class hotel environment.
The F&B Supervisor position is contracted to 40 hours per week.

What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations across our restaurant and bar
- Supervise and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest service
- Train and develop new and existing staff
- Manage shift handovers and daily reports
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and service standards are consistently met
- Cover Person on Duty shifts as required
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive leader with experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, food service, or tourism.
You’ll Thrive If You’re
- Passionate about delivering outstanding service
- A strong communicator and motivator
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Knowledgeable in drinks service (cocktails, spirits, wines)
- A holder of a Personal Licence (desirable)
