Food and Beverage Team Leader/Supervisor for VIC’s Bar at Park Plaza Victoria London Hotel

At Park Plaza Victoria London Hotel, first-class service and delicious food and drinks are every bit as important to the hotel experience as a great night's sleep. That is why your contribution as our Food and Beverage (F&B) Team Leader is so important.

Our sleek, on-site VIC's BAR offers a cosmopolitan environment in which to mingle with friends and colleagues. VIC’s BAR serves speciality cocktails and bar snacks, coffees and food is served throughout the day.

As Our F&B Team Leader, You Will Receive

  • Salary: It is anticipated you will receive from £14.89 (minimum contracted rate) to £16.50 (Rate inclusive of Service Charge) per hour worked
  • Subsidised Travel arrangements after midnight (if applicable)

  • Completes tasks relevant but not limited to the guest cycle in Food and Beverage outlets (greeting guests, taking, preparing, and delivering orders promptly, upselling, managing the team, handling guest requests, liaising with relevant teams to ensure guest satisfaction, and ensuring the business continuity through payment compliance)
  • Inspires, coaches and mentors F&B team members (VIC’s BAR)
