Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, the Food & Beverage Supervisor will deliver friendly and efficient service to hotel guests at all times.

What You Will Do

  • Operate Food & Beverage service according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure timely set-up and maintenance of all F&B areas
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in every Food & Beverage setting
  • Control heating, lighting, and AV systems for an optimal guest experience
  • Deliver efficient and friendly guest service at all times
  • Maximise sales through effective upselling
  • Complete daily SOP checklists to reinforce staff competency
  • Execute daily and weekly cleaning checklists to guarantee high hygiene standards

What You Will Need

  • Previous hotel experience in a 3/4-star property (desirable, but not essential)
  • Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment
  • Fluent English and exceptional communication skills
  • posSystem (Micros) experience is a bonus
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including midweek and weekends
  • Strong teamwork ethos with a hardworking and dedicated attitude
