Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, the Food & Beverage Supervisor will deliver friendly and efficient service to hotel guests at all times.

What You Will Do
- Operate Food & Beverage service according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure timely set-up and maintenance of all F&B areas
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in every Food & Beverage setting
- Control heating, lighting, and AV systems for an optimal guest experience
- Deliver efficient and friendly guest service at all times
- Maximise sales through effective upselling
- Complete daily SOP checklists to reinforce staff competency
- Execute daily and weekly cleaning checklists to guarantee high hygiene standards
What You Will Need
- Previous hotel experience in a 3/4-star property (desirable, but not essential)
- Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment
- Fluent English and exceptional communication skills
- posSystem (Micros) experience is a bonus
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including midweek and weekends
- Strong teamwork ethos with a hardworking and dedicated attitude
