Role Overview
As a Food & Beverage Service Team Member at Louma, you will play a vital role in delivering warm, attentive and memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Working as part of a passionate hospitality team, you will help create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere across our Food & Beverage spaces. From greeting guests on arrival to delivering thoughtful, personalised service throughout their visit, you will ensure every interaction reflects the charm, quality and attention to detail that define Louma.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with guests, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and thrives in a collaborative hospitality environment.
What You'll Do...
- Deliver exceptional guest service from arrival through to departure, ensuring every dining experience feels welcoming and memorable.
- Provide personalised food and beverage service, adapting your approach to suit each guest’s preferences and needs.
- Develop strong knowledge of menus, ingredients, sourcing, and dietary requirements to confidently guide guests through their dining experience.
- Share information about daily specials, seasonal dishes and farm-to-table offerings, helping guests connect with Louma’s approach to food and sustainability.
- Share information about the full range of Louma's activities & experiences while learning each guest’s individual preferences and interests to help tailor their stay.
- Build genuine rapport with guests, creating a warm and engaging atmosphere within the restaurant and dining spaces.
- Communicate guest preferences, feedback and special occasions to the wider hospitality team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist with setting up and maintaining dining spaces to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and readiness.
- Support colleagues across service periods to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional guest journey.
- Maintain a professional and friendly presence when interacting with guests across the estate.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties requested by the Food & Beverage leadership team.

- Previous experience within a restaurant, hospitality or Food & Beverage environment preferred.
- Naturally warm, engaging and confident with guests.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with guests and colleagues.
- A proactive, positive and reliable approach to work.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
- Availability to work weekends, early mornings, evenings and peak hospitality periods.
