Food & Beverage Team Member – Luxury Fine Dining

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service in a luxury fine dining environment?
We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Team Member to join our award-winning restaurant team. You'll take ownership of your own section, delivering impeccable, personalised service while creating memorable dining experiences in one of London's leading luxury hotels.
What you'll do
- Take ownership of your section, ensuring every guest receives attentive, seamless service from arrival to departure.
- Welcome guests, take food and beverage orders, and confidently recommend dishes and wines.
- Maintain expert knowledge of menus, daily specials and allergens.
- Work closely with the kitchen and restaurant team to deliver smooth, efficient service.
- Prepare and maintain the restaurant to impeccable luxury standards.
- Support and guide colleagues, leading by example during service.
- Handle guest queries professionally and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation, hygiene and health & safety.

What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
- Confidence managing your own section in a fast-paced service environment.
- A genuine passion for exceptional hospitality and guest service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and a positive, team-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
