Role Overview
Title: Food & Beverage Team Member Contract: Part-Time, permanent (24–30 hours/week) Location: London, City & Shoreditch
Responsibilities
As our Food & Beverage Team Member, you will:
- Deliver consistent and memorable service to all guests
- Ensure every visit leaves guests eager to return
- Take and relay orders to the kitchen team
- Check meals upon arrival and serve them to guests
- Maintain table cleanup and hygienic service standards
- Provide effective, friendly, and professional service (always creating positive guest experiences)
- Be a sparkling, upbeat personality, thriving in fast-paced environments and building client rapport quickly

Requirements
- Eligible to live and work in the UK (work visa required; documentary proof supplied during recruitment)
- Flexible availability: Flexible shifts between Monday–Sunday
- Key skills:
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
