Job Description
Key Responsibilities
As our Food & Beverage Team Member, you will:
- Deliver consistent and memorable guest experiences
- Collaborate with your team to ensure every guest leaves happy
- Take orders and relay them to kitchen staff efficiently
- Check kitchen-prepared meals on collection and deliver to guests
- Maintain cleanliness in tables and service areas (per procedure manual)
- Adhere to hygienic food service standards
- Offer efficient, friendly, and professional service, creating positive guest interactions
- Energetically build rapport in a fast-paced environment
Requirements & Qualifications
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK (documentation required)
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised with strong problem-solving abilities
- Must be flexible to work between Monday to Sunday
- Part-time, permanent contract (24–30 hours/week)
