Job Description

Key Responsibilities

As our Food & Beverage Team Member, you will:

  • Deliver consistent and memorable guest experiences
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure every guest leaves happy
  • Take orders and relay them to kitchen staff efficiently
  • Check kitchen-prepared meals on collection and deliver to guests
  • Maintain cleanliness in tables and service areas (per procedure manual)
  • Adhere to hygienic food service standards
  • Offer efficient, friendly, and professional service, creating positive guest interactions
  • Energetically build rapport in a fast-paced environment

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK (documentation required)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Must be flexible to work between Monday to Sunday
  • Part-time, permanent contract (24–30 hours/week)
