TheHappyRecruiter is delighted to support this renowned client in the search for a British 360° Marketing Manager with experience in the food sector.

Our client is a major international company operating in the FMCG sector, with a strong presence and strong brand recognition in the UK.

This is a great opportunity to join the international marketing team and take responsibility for the UK and Ireland market activities, with a high level of autonomy and ownership.

The role is based in the company’s headquarters in Luxembourg, where you will experience a highly international environment, both within the company and beyond.

Visa support and relocation guidance to help you settle in Luxembourg will be provided by the company.

In this role, you will be responsible for all marketing activities related to the UK and Ireland markets, reporting directly to the International Marketing Director.

We are looking for:

  • A person who has strong experience in the marketing department of FMCG companies
  • Someone ready to take on higher responsibility

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for development and implementation of marketing plans for the assigned Countries (UK and Ireland) in accordance with the company strategic approach and guidelines.
  • Knowledge and understanding of consumers’ attitudes and behaviour.
  • Analysis and reporting of Market figures and trends.
  • Development and production of communication campaigns for different media, including point of sales.
  • Cooperate with digital team to develop and implement digital communication.
  • Define media plans for the brands in portfolio.
  • Manage relationships with agencies of any kind: creative, media, events, etc.
  • Organize and manage different types of events.
  • Cooperate with Sales department to prepare and present brand’s activities to customers.
  • Oversee performance, budget pacing and trends to meet plans goals.
  • Propose and implement activities and investments optimizations to improve performance and market results.
  • Present results and marketing plans to leadership as needed.
  • Manage one person who will help in all activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Profile Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, with a specialization in marketing, business administration, or communication.
  • Approximately 7-8 year’s experience in marketing roles in FMCG companies.
  • Communication campaigns development, offline and online.
  • Passion for market and consumers understanding.
  • Able to develop media plans with media agencies.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • IRI or Nielsen database advanced knowledge.
  • English language knowledge – native.
  • Previous experience in the UK market mandatory.
  • Willingness to relocate to Luxembourg.

This role is based in Luxembourg and will require the person to travel from time to time to the UK for events.

The policy of the company is 100% on-site in the office - no remote work will be allowed.
