Immediate Start Available

Training Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00am - 1:30pm (first 3 weeks)

Moving to Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:30pm

Own transport required due to location. This is a 3 month temp role.

We are recruiting for a Food Mixer / Production Operative to join a well-established food manufacturer in Earls Colne.

This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment, ideal for someone with previous food manufacturing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting.

To Be Considered

  • Previous food manufacturing or food production experience
  • Experience following recipes, specifications or mixing instructions
  • Good understanding of food hygiene and quality standards
  • A reliable and positive approach to work

Duties of the Food Mixer / Production Operative

  • Mixing ingredients and products to set recipes and specifications
  • Preparing batches and ensuring accurate measurements
  • Monitoring product quality throughout the production process
  • Completing daily cleaning and hygiene duties
  • Following food safety and manufacturing procedures at all times
  • Recording production information where required
  • Supporting other production areas during busy periods
  • Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • Previous experience within a food manufacturing, bakery, kitchen or mixing environment
  • Manufacturing and production in a food environment
  • The ability to work accurately and follow instructions
  • Good attention to detail and quality standards
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A flexible approach and strong work ethic
