Salary:£13.49 per hour,
Introduction of a Night Shift Allowance of 0.85ph with hours worked between 23:59pm - 06:00 am

Job Summary:
As a Food prep agent you will report to the Team Leader and be a key member of the back of house team focusing on food preparation, replenishment and prestation along with all other aspects of Back of House hygiene to ensure guest expectations are met and exceeded, so they leave our lounges feeling Welcome, Relaxed & Energised.

Responsibilities
Job responsibilities:
Manage the kitchen area within the lounge, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment. Prepare hot and cold food offerings to be presented on a self-service station within the lounge. To ensure the quality and presentation of food is prepared according to all SOPs to guarantee a consistently excellent standard of service. Ensure all food is stored, handled and packaged correctly. Follow our Food Safety Management System at all times. Maintain records of temperatures of hot food and cold storage according to the SOP. Assist Back of House team with duties as required. Adhoc reasonable requests by local leadership team.

Qualifications
Qualifications and Competences:
Background in a high-volume regeneration kitchen. Have a passion for the food service industry. Ability to work as part of a team or be self-motivated to complete tasks. Ability to follow processes and procedures and to apply flexibility when required. Flexible to work shifts covering 0330 – 2100, 7 days a week
