About the Role
Are you seeking a new opportunity within a factory environment? Riverway Foods, based in Harlow, is expanding and is recruiting for a full-time permanent Food Processing Operative.
With a deep-rooted passion for quality, Riverway Foods was established by the Crosby family in 1971 and has been part of the CPC Group since 2018. They specialise in crafting the best-tasting sausages in Britain, using high-welfare British pork—products you’ll find in major supermarkets like Aldi and Tesco.

Reporting to a line leader, this role involves working in a chilled food processing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Scanning and system operations
- Maintaining a clean and tidy production area for a safe and efficient workspace
- Collaborating with team members to keep the production line running smoothly
- Experience in a factory/manufacturing environment is preferred
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Requires attention to detail and following instructions precisely
- Good communication and ability to work effectively as part of a team
