HR-People First is supporting a valued client with the confidential recruitment of an experienced Food Production & Quality Manager for a growing and fast-paced food production operation in London.

This is a hands-on leadership role within a high-volume food production environment, responsible for overseeing daily operations, food quality, team management, and operational efficiency.

  • Leading and supporting production teams on the floor
  • Maintaining exceptional food quality and consistency standards
  • Ensuring food safety and HACCP compliance

We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience within fresh food production, food manufacturing, or high-volume kitchens
  • Strong operational and people management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
