HR-People First is supporting a valued client with the confidential recruitment of an experienced Food Production & Quality Manager for a growing and fast-paced food production operation in London.
This is a hands-on leadership role within a high-volume food production environment, responsible for overseeing daily operations, food quality, team management, and operational efficiency.

- Leading and supporting production teams on the floor
- Maintaining exceptional food quality and consistency standards
- Ensuring food safety and HACCP compliance
- Managing production processes, stock control, and operational performance
- Driving a positive and high-performing team culture
We are looking for someone with:
- Previous experience within fresh food production, food manufacturing, or high-volume kitchens
- Strong operational and people management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- A passion for food quality and operational excellence
