Job Description: Kinetic Recruitment is seeking experienced Food Production Operatives to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Tameside. Please note that only candidates who meet the mandatory requirements below will be considered. If you do not have strong English and Maths skills AND previous food production experience, we will not be able to progress your application. As a Food Production Operative, you will be working in a highly fast-paced, targeted factory environment. Your typical responsibilities will include:

- Packing finished products into boxes
- Lifting bags or boxes weighing up to 25kg
- Conducting quality checks throughout production
- Loading, palletising, and general line support
- Working as part of a team while using your own initiative
- Maintaining a consistent and fast work pace
- Reading documents
- Writing down important information
Requirements: To be considered for this role, you MUST meet all of the following criteria:
- Previous food production experience - this is essential. Candidates without this experience cannot be offered work for this role
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) to read instructions and complete required documentation
- Numerical competency, as you will complete a numerical test during registration
- Ability to work quickly, accurately, and safely in a fast-moving environment
- A team-player attitude with a willingness to support colleagues
- Reliability, good timekeeping, and a proactive work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions from team leaders and supervisors
- Ability to follow Health & Safety guidelines at all times

Job Details:
- Hours: 14:00 - 22:00 only
- Pay: £12.21 per hour
