The Role
The successful Food Propositions Manager will play a key role developing and executing new food to go concepts across hot food, coffee & bakery supporting business growth through the roll out of new food and beverage propositions and products that delight customers.
The Food Propositions Manager will source new products and propositions working cross-functionally with marketing, product development, buying, etc., to commercially bring food to go concepts to life. This includes pricing, promotions, and operational efficiencies.
In the role, the Food Propositions Manager will have excellent operational understanding to ensure that these concepts are profitable and viable operationally.
The Food Propositions Manager will work with property operations and training teams to define and roll out operational standards and in-store execution to ensure the concepts and products are successfully launched across the store.
The Food Propositions Manager will manage trials and test and learn projects to continually evolve and shape the offering.
The Food Propositions Manager will be responsible for measuring and reviewing the commercial performance of new concepts and products and will take appropriate steps to ensure commercial objectives are delivered.

The Property Project Manager Food & Beverage will be responsible for evolving and developing the propositions to ensure customer and commercial KPIs are delivered.
Reporting to the Head of Product, the Property Project Manager Food & Beverage will build fantastic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered effectively.
Ideal Candidate
You will have experience in creating, developing, sourcing, executing, and rolling out of food and drink concepts and products. This will be gained from food retail, hospitality, or leisure sectors. This needs to be across food to go, coffee, and bakery concepts.
For the Food Propositions Manager role, it is essential to be able to demonstrate excellent project management skills and be able to spin multiple plates. Organization and attention to detail are key for this role, and you will be able to bring creative thinking and ideas along with excellent data and insights skills.
You will have a high level of commerciality experience and thrive working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with lots of cross-functional working.

- Up to £70,000 base salary + car allowance, bonus, and benefits
- Location – 3 days a week in the office and the rest from home; also offer flexible hours
