EcoSure is a division of Ecolab and a global leader in food safety and brand protection. We are currently seeking a freelance Food Safety & Brand Standards Auditor in Aberdeen and the surrounding area. In this role, you will support food service brands by conducting on-site audits and providing consulting to ensure alignment with brand standards and to enhance the guest experience. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting food safety, health & hygiene, and brand standard audits at client sites Providing consulting to clients on food safety and hygiene best practices Maintaining strong client relationships Minimum Qualifications: Level 4 Food Safety qualification Based in or near the assigned territory Must have access to a vehicle and hold a full, clean driving licence Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends Previous auditing experience Skills and Requirements: Food safety certifications preferred (e.g. HACCP, ISO 22000, BRCGS) Proven experience in food safety auditing (e.g. retail, hotel F&B, convenience stores) Strong relationship management skills Ability to work independently with initiative, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines This position will partner with Ecolab on an independent consulting basis.
