Role Description
The Food Server role at Spaghetti House is a full-time, on-site position based in Greater London. The Food Server is responsible for:

- Greeting guests
- Presenting menus
- Taking food and beverage orders
- Delivering dishes in a timely and courteous manner

Daily tasks include:
- Explaining menu items
- Accommodating dietary preferences
- Coordinating with kitchen and bar staff
- Ensuring tables are clean, well-presented, and properly set
The role also involves:
- Handling payments
- Responding to guest inquiries or concerns
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the dining area
Food Servers are expected to contribute to a positive team environment and uphold Spaghetti House’s commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and warmly with guests and team members.
- Experience or familiarity with food & beverage and food service operations, including serving, menu knowledge, and basic restaurant procedures.
- Basic cooking or food preparation understanding is beneficial for explaining dishes and ingredients accurately.
- Ability to work on-site in Greater London, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is an advantage, but motivated candidates with a willingness to learn are welcome.
