Food Service Assistant (Catering)

Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, £30,784 per annum (£14.80 per hour)

Fooditude is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Food Service Assistant to join our catering team, delivering exceptional breakfast and lunch service in a vibrant workplace restaurant. We serve a fresh, daily-changing menu packed with flavour and variety, making this the perfect opportunity for someone who genuinely loves great food and customer service.

We're seeking a foodie at heart who is knowledgeable, curious, and excited about all things food and drink. The successful candidate will have experience preparing basic food items, strong knife skills, and a keen eye for presentation and detail. An appreciation for a wide range of global cuisines, alongside a commitment to delivering an excellent guest experience, will help you thrive in this role. You'll be a proactive team player who takes pride in maintaining high standards and creating a welcoming environment for our customers every day.

Shift pattern is Monday to Thursday 6:30am - 3pm & Friday 7am - 3:30pm.

What we're looking for:

  • Hospitality/catering experience
  • Basic cooking, food knowledge and knife skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A positive team player
