Food Services Manager
Canary Wharf, London
£40,000 salary
Monday to Friday, 40 hours
The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Food Services Manager to lead a high-volume corporate staff dining restaurant. This is a fast-paced, high-expectation environment where standards and guest experience are key.
Site Overview
- Corporate dining environment
- Team of 6 across front and back of house
- High-volume service with peak periods
- Strong focus on quality, consistency and control
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead daily briefings and prepare the team for service
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor
- Manage service flow and guest experience
- Work closely with the kitchen team
- Monitor standards, cleanliness and availability
- Resolve issues quickly and take full ownership
- Review performance and reset for the next day
About You
- Experienced in restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong front of house leadership
- Confident running busy services
- Highly organised and detail focused
- Comfortable managing a small team
- Understands food cost and operational efficiency
- Takes ownership and leads from the front
