Team Manager - Food Halls
We're looking for a Team Manager to join our welcoming and close-knit team within Harrods' vibrant Food Halls. As a key member of the Foodhall leadership team, you'll bring the heritage of Harrods Food & Beverage to life, supporting operational excellence, food safety, financial performance, and exceptional customer experiences.
With a people-first approach and strong commercial focus, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering results across your department and the wider Foodhall.
About The Role

Key responsibilities include:
- Attracting, developing, and retaining talent, creating a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Setting a clear direction for your team and coaching colleagues to achieve ambitious goals.
- Embedding a culture of continuous feedback, accountability, and colleague engagement.
- Driving commercial performance while championing exceptional customer service.
- Maintaining the highest standards of compliance, food safety, and operational excellence.
About You
You're a confident and experienced people leader who thrives in a fast-paced food retail environment. Whether you've built your career in supermarkets, food retail, or hospitality, you bring a strong track record of leading successful teams, delivering commercial results, and maintaining high operational standards.

You will also be:
- An inspiring leader with the ability to engage, motivate, and develop high-performing teams through clear communication and coaching.
- Commercially minded, with a proven track record of delivering strong sales and service performance within a food retail environment.
- Resilient and growth-oriented, actively seeking feedback and using it to drive continuous improvement.
- Self-aware and comfortable navigating change, ambiguity, and competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Confident in managing operational processes, food safety requirements, and compliance standards within a busy retail environment.
