📍 Location: London (Landmark Contract)
About The Role
WPS are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Foot Mobile Engineer (Plumber) to join our team supporting our prestigious Landmark contract in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of high-profile buildings, delivering high-quality maintenance services while travelling between sites on foot.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing works
- Diagnose and repair faults across a range of commercial plumbing systems
- Work across multiple sites within the Landmark portfolio (foot mobile)
- Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Maintain accurate records of work completed via PDA systems
- Build strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify and report any additional works or system improvements

What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Plumbing (essential)
- Proven experience in a commercial maintenance environment
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Basic knowledge of building services systems (desirable)
- Health & Safety awareness (IOSH/CSCS desirable but not essential)
