Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Football Coach role based in Mold / Potential New site development. The Football Coach will plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate training sessions for players of varying abilities in line with Ace of Sports’ coaching philosophy. The role includes:

- Monitoring player development
- Providing constructive feedback
- Supporting progression through established pathways and showcase events
The coach will help organize and deliver coaching programmes on site and potentially in schools, via group and 1-to-1 sessions, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment. The role also involves:
- Collaborating with colleagues
- Communicating with players and families
- Representing Ace of Sports professionally at events and programmes
Qualifications
- Strong football-specific expertise, including Football at a high level and Football Coaching experience at grassroots or elite levels.
- Proven Coaching and Training skills, with the ability to plan, deliver, and adapt sessions for different ages and abilities.
- Excellent Communication skills to work effectively with players, families, schools, and partner clubs.
- Ability to create inclusive, safe, and motivating environments that support long-term player development.
- Experience working in school or community sports settings is beneficial.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during event schedules as required.
