Footwear Designer – Kids’ Character & Lifestyle Product
We’re looking for a talented Footwear Designer with a strong commercial background and a distinctive illustrative, character-led handwriting.
The ideal candidate will have experience designing commercially successful footwear for retail, combined with strong 3D design thinking, illustration and character development skills. You’ll be confident translating creative concepts into exciting, commercially relevant products and will understand how to balance trend, innovation and customer appeal.

Experience within kids’ footwear would be particularly valuable, although we’re open to designers from broader footwear categories who can demonstrate a strong character-led and illustrative portfolio.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Commercial footwear design experience
- Strong illustration and character design skills
- A good understanding of 3D product design and construction
- Experience designing for a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong trend awareness and the ability to translate ideas into commercial product
- A creative, playful and highly visual portfolio
