About the Role

Department: Forecasting Employment Type: Permanent – Part-Time Location: Poole Compensation: £18,000 – £20,000 per year Contract: Part-time (25 hours per week)

We Are Lush

Diversity matters At Lush, we celebrate difference and commit to building a brand that represents people worldwide. We’re proud of our ethos—inventors of the bath bomb but so much more—a practicing employee-owned family-run company that gives back to the world. We pledge fair pay, unacceptable to cruel practices like animal testing, and a focus on regeneration—because capitalism can be a force for good.

Role Overview

We seek an organised, detail-focused, and proactive Forecasting Operations Coordinator to join our small, diverse Central Forecasting Team of 7.

Your responsibilities:

  • Act as the central operational hub, liaising between departments, suppliers, and forecasters.
  • Gather key information to support accurate forecasting.
  • Balance workloads, track product lifecycles and escalate risks.
  • Ensure forecasts are timely, responsive and well-informed.

Ideal for you if you enjoy spreadsheets like operational Tetris, have a keen eye for data, and excel at cross-team communication.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
