Foreman Ganger
Location: Perth
Job Type: Full-Time
An established civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Foreman Ganger to supervise site operations across a variety of infrastructure and civil engineering projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Foreman Ganger to lead site teams, ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently, and contribute to high-quality project delivery. The successful Foreman Ganger will oversee day-to-day activities while maintaining exceptional health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate site operatives.
- Plan daily labour, plant and material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with RAMS and safe systems of work.
- Promote high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.
- Liaise with engineers, subcontractors and management.
- Maintain site records and daily reports.
- Order materials and manage site resources.
- Deliver toolbox talks and daily briefings.
- Identify operational issues and report to management.
- Support drainage, roadworks, earthworks and infrastructure projects.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Foreman Ganger or similar supervisory role.
- Minimum five years' civil engineering experience.
- CSCS Card.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good understanding of health and safety legislation.
Desirable
- SMSTS or SSSTS.
- First Aid.
- NRSWA.
- CPCS Plant Tickets.
- Temporary Works knowledge.
- Confined Spaces, Banksman or Abrasive Wheels certification.
