Forensic Science Lecturer
Freeze Assistants - Forensic Science Lecturer (Part-Time, 0.6 FTE)

About the Role: Lecturer in Forensic Science
The Forensic Science Lecturer role will be integral to delivering exceptional teaching, curriculum development, and pastoral support—ensuring students achieve their full academic and career potential.
Contract details:
- Employment status: Permanent (part-time, 0.6 FTE)
- Focus on BTEC Level 2 & 3 Forensic Science
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver high-quality forensic science curriculum aligned with Pearson BTEC and Gateway qualifications
- Maintain professional standards in teaching, learning, and assessment
- Provide learner-focused pastoral support, including guidance for academic progress
- Contribute to dynamic team initiatives for collaborative best practice
- Inspire and support diverse learners in developing vocational skills

About You: The Ideal Candidate
Requirements
- Teaching Qualifications: A recognised teaching qualification or dedication to acquiring one.
- Industry Expertise: Proven Science/Forensic Science credentials with strong hands-on experience in Biology, Chemistry, and Forensic Science.
- Pedagogical Skills:
- Exceptional communication, organisation, and classroom management capabilities.
- Commitment to inclusive, learner-centric approaches.
- Teaching Versatility: Confidence to cater to diverse learner needs, inspiring ambition.
