Base salary: £26,666 to £28,018 (depending on experience and qualifications, with regular pay reviews)

At Ruddington Day Nursery, we seek a caring and enthusiastic Forest School Nursery Practitioner to:

Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance
- Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
- Supervise and support playroom staff in daily duties
Staff Allocation & Procedures
- Allocate staff and children to keycarer roles appropriately
- Ensure adherence to Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards
Professional Communication
- Provide professional feedback to parents/carers
- Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
Team & Relationships
- Build open, positive working relationships with staff
- Maintain friendly, professional interactions with parents
