Base salary: £26,666 to £28,018 (depending on experience and qualifications, with regular pay reviews)

About the Role

At Ruddington Day Nursery, we seek a caring and enthusiastic Forest School Nursery Practitioner to:

  • Play a key role in caring for, supporting, and inspiring our children

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance

  • Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
  • Supervise and support playroom staff in daily duties

Staff Allocation & Procedures

  • Allocate staff and children to keycarer roles appropriately
  • Ensure adherence to Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards

Professional Communication

  • Provide professional feedback to parents/carers
  • Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers

Team & Relationships

  • Build open, positive working relationships with staff
  • Maintain friendly, professional interactions with parents
