Forest School / Outdoor Learning Lead (Brand New Nursery Opening September 2026!)

Location

Maidenhead (SL6)

Salary

£30,000 to £32,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Job Type

Full-Time / 40 hours (Nursery will be open 7:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday)

We are looking for an Outdoor Learning Specialist to join a brand new, 100-place Nursery opening in a quiet road just outside of Maidenhead Town Centre. It is situated within a short walk from Maidenhead train station and has dedicated car park spaces, offering flexible travel options.

The Nursery itself is absolutely stunning and offers beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces for the children to play and learn, including a dedicated forestry area - which is where you will come in! You do not need to hold a Forest School qualification or outdoor learning certificate when joining, but you must be passionate about outdoor learning and be willing to work towards achieving a qualification.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
