About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Forklift Operator with a proven track record of safely handling very heavy loads. You should also have experience operating a multi-directional forklift or combi, with a licence preferred. What You’ll Be Doing
- Safely unloading lorries and moving vehicles around the yard
- Locating cars in our 5-car racking system
- Operating a counterbalance forklift with precision and care
- Operating a multi-directional/combi forklift safely
- Supporting the team with daily tasks to keep operations running efficiently
- Keeping a strong commitment to Health & Safety at all times
- Always working in full compliance with company and site procedures
- Carrying out daily equipment and vehicle safety checks before use
- Keeping the yard area clean, tidy and hazard free
- Taking responsibility for reporting any issues or potential risks immediately
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm, 47.5 hours per week

What We’re Looking For
- A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
- Experience operating a multi-directional or combi-style forklift (licence preferred)
- Experience moving heavy loads
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- A focus on Health & Safety at all times
- The ability to work well as part of a busy team
