Forklift Driver & Warehouse Operative – DAY SHIFT

SalARY & BENEFITS
- Salary: £27,500 + Overtime (time and a half) + Company Profit Share Scheme
- Hours: 40.5 hours per week
- Shift: Day (Mon–Thurs 10am–7:30pm with 1-hour break, Fri 10am–5:30pm with 1-hour break)
- Location: Coventry, West Midlands

Additionally hire to support our growing West Midlands warehouse operation, we are looking for reliable forklift drivers and warehouse operatives to ensure smooth operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The role involves working in a busy warehouse environment with a mix of automated (Counterbalance forklift) and manual tasks, including:
- Accurate picking with meticulous attention to detail
- Strict adherence to all safety protocols
- 50FORKLIFT-MANUAL WORK – Lifting aluminium and stainless steel products (Senior physicality)
- Daily forklift safety checks and equipment maintenance
- Supporting general warehouse duties as required
- Carrying out assignments from supervisors while maintaining safe workflow operations
REQUIREMENTS
Duress to work in a high-demand industrial environment, we seek:

- 1–2 years’ experience driving a counterbalance forklift (gas)
- Valid, accredited forklift driving licence
- Physical capability to handle heavy materials
- Strong work ethic, with excellent timekeeping and independence
- Good communication and a flexible, positive attitude
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a warehouse or comparable setting (certain areas may require this for consideration)
