We are recruiting a Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to become a key player in a busy FMCG operation in Maldon.

Please note: a full UK driving licence and your own transport are essential due to the site location.

What Your Day Will Look Like

You will be right at the heart of the warehouse operation, keeping products flowing smoothly from production to dispatch. It is hands-on, energetic work where no two days are the same and everyone pulls together.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Driving a counterbalance forklift safely and confidently
  • Carrying out vehicle checks before loading
  • Loading vehicles carefully to avoid damage
  • Working closely with hauliers and internal teams
  • Making sure paperwork is correct and complete
  • Championing health, safety, and hygiene standards

What We're Looking For

  • A valid counterbalance forklift licence
  • Previous experience in logistics distribution and supply chain and warehousing
  • FMCG or high-speed manufacturing experience (ideal, not essential)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and progress
  • Knowledge of HACCP, ISO, or COSHH is a bonus

Working hours

Monday to Friday | 37.5 hours per week (rotating shifts):

  • Week 1: 05:45 - 14:00
  • Week 2: 07:30 - 15:45
  • Week 3: 14:00 - 22:15
