Full time DAY SHIFT positions, 4 days on, 4 days off
With various opportunities across our sites, duties and responsibilities will be centred around our busy Logistics departments. Working as part of a team, our warehouse operators and forklift drivers assist with the safe transfer of produce to and from production and storage areas, as well as:
- Picking & packing orders
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles utilising MHE and forklift trucks (where necessary)
You will be confident working in a busy, temperature-controlled warehouse environment and manoeuvring goods around safely both inside and out. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be passionate about providing a first-class service at all times and be responsible for:
- Ensuring all operational warehousing tasks are completed in a safe, timely, and efficient manner
- Operating in both inside and outside areas with associated responsibilities

Opportunities could be either Sefter Farm or Leythorne site-based.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading & unloading of delivery vehicles
- Ensuring safe transfer/locating of finished products for despatch from production
- Ensuring safe transfer/locating of raw materials
- Being trained for all warehousing area duties across both Leythorne and Sefter sites
- Adhering to all trained SOPs
- Focusing on internal and external customer satisfaction with zero errors
- Operating clean as you go principles whilst carrying out duties
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety in all operating areas
- Reporting hazards and accidents to the manager in a timely manner
- Focusing on continuous improvements
- Having full training provided as applicable to the role
Requirements
Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in Fresh Produce or FMCG Waringouse environment (Preferred)
- Forklift / Counter Balance Licence and experience utilising MHE (preferable)
- Ability to communicate effectively using basic verbal English
- Confident, proactive, with experience working to deadlines
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be an effective Team Player
