Full-time positions on the DAY SHIFT (4 days on, 4 days off) in our busy Logistics departments.
About the Role
Warehouse Operatives and Forklift Drivers work as part of a team to assist with the safe transfer of produce between production and storage areas. Your responsibilities include:
- Picking, packing, and loading/unloading delivery vehicles
- Utilising Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) and forklift trucks, where necessary
You must be confident working in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse, safely manoeuvring goods both indoors and outdoors. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will play a key role in:
- Ensuring a first-class service level
- Completing operational warehousing tasks safely, efficiently, and on time

Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Ensuring the safe transfer and locating of:
- Finished products (for dispatch)
- Raw materials
- Training provided for all warehousing area duties across both sites
- Strict adherence to trained Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Focus on internal and external customer satisfaction with a zero-error policy
- Maintaining "clean as you go" principles
- Ensuring high health and safety standards at all times
- Reporting hazards and accidents promptly to management
- Driving continuous improvements
Note: Full training provided where applicable.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Ideal: Previous experience in fresh produce or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) warehousing
- Preferred: Forklift Counter Balance Licence with experience in using MHE
- Essential:
- Ability to communicate effectively in basic verbal English
- Confident, proactive, and able to work to tight deadlines
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player mentality
