Our products have always been at the heart of our brand, and we're now looking for a Formula Chemist to join our Product Development team in Brighton on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development, maintenance and optimisation of our skincare, haircare and bath & body portfolio - helping to ensure our products continue to meet the highest standards of performance, quality and innovation.

- Working closely with external laboratories, vendors and manufacturing partners, you'll lead formulation projects from brief through to launch, support reformulation and compliance initiatives, and help solve complex technical challenges across our product range.
- You'll collaborate with teams across Brand, Packaging, Safety, Procurement and Product Development, using your technical expertise and analytical mindset to bring great ideas to life and ensure we continue to deliver products our customers love.
