Forward Deployed AI Adoption Consultant

Indicium AI is a specialist enterprise AI consultancy and a preferred Claude delivery partner. We help leading organisations across EMEA move beyond isolated AI experiments to organisation-wide adoption that delivers measurable business outcomes.

We are building our founding team of Forward Deployed AI Adoption Consultants. These are practitioners who embed inside client organisations, uncover opportunities, redesign the way work gets done, build practical AI use cases and help organisations develop lasting AI capability.

This is not a traditional consulting role. It is an opportunity to help define what enterprise AI adoption looks like over the next decade.

The role

As a Forward Deployed AI Adoption Consultant, you will work alongside enterprise business units to help them become AI-native organisations.

You will immerse yourself in how work is performed today, challenge existing assumptions, and help leaders redesign processes, decisions and ways of working around AI. Working alongside operational teams, you will identify opportunities to eliminate unnecessary work, augment expertise, accelerate decision making and create entirely new ways of delivering value.

Through practical coaching, collaborative working sessions and embedded delivery, you will help AI become part of everyday operations rather than another platform that people occasionally use.

Success is measured by lasting behavioural change, measurable business outcomes and an organisation's ability to continue evolving long after the engagement has ended.

Working alongside Forward Deployed Engineers, solution architects and client leadership teams, you will connect business ambition with practical execution, ensuring technology delivery and organisational adoption move together.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you will do

  • Embed within enterprise client teams to understand how work is really performed, where friction exists and where AI can create transformational value.
  • Partner with business leaders to rethink how work gets done, redesign critical business processes around AI and identify entirely new ways of creating value for customers, employees and the organisation.
  • Discover opportunities where AI can eliminate work, augment expertise, accelerate decisions or enable entirely new operating models across the business.
  • Challenge existing ways of working rather than simply digitising them, helping clients redesign work for an AI-first world.
  • Translate opportunities into practical AI use cases that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead AI adoption programmes that create genuine behavioural change across teams, functions and business units.
  • Design and facilitate workshops, CoWork sessions and adoption labs where teams solve real business problems using Claude.
  • Build and activate champion networks that continue driving adoption long after the engagement has ended.
  • Create prompt libraries, use case catalogues, skills frameworks and communities of practice that compound organisational capability over time.
  • Measure adoption, business impact and behavioural change using the Indicium Adoption Framework, adapting your approach based on evidence and client outcomes.
  • Work closely with Forward Deployed Engineers, solution architects and delivery teams to ensure business transformation and technical implementation remain tightly aligned.
  • Capture successful approaches, reusable assets and client learnings that strengthen Indicium's AI Adoption methodology across every engagement.
