SentiSum is the AI intelligence layer for customer experience. We transform customer feedback from support interactions and surveys into actionable insights, helping brands lower cost to serve, boost CSAT, and reduce complaints. Leading consumer brands rely on SentiSum not for our software alone, but for its measurable impact—outcomes like reduced churn, improved satisfaction, and lower operational costs.

The Role: Strategic Account Owner
This is a critical role: you will own the outcomes for a select group of high-value accounts. You’ll sit alongside your client’s team, dive deep into their data, and craft solutions that drive measurable change—concrete outcomes, not just recommendations.
Think of it as the best kind of strategic consulting, with one difference: your advice isn’t just heard or discusseda hypothetical. You’ll stay with them through implementation, ensuring those tangible improvements stick.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner directly with 2-3 strategic accounts, building trust and being their most valued advisor.
- Leverage data—understand what’s driving cost, churn, and complaints, then design and execute plans to fix it.
- Lead business reviews and workshops that keep initiatives moving and aligned.
- Ensure adoption and real-world impact, rather than just theoretical gains.
- Feedback loop: Share insights from accounts to shape our product and AI roadmap.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
