About Us
We're working with a fast-growing AI startup building intelligent automation products for the financial services sector. Having already secured enterprise customers and proven market demand, they're now looking for a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer to help scale both the platform and customer deployments.
About the Role
This is a highly technical role focused on software engineering, integrations and implementation. You'll work directly with customers to design, build and deploy production-grade solutions, connecting AI-powered workflows with complex enterprise systems.

What you'll do:
- Design and build integrations, APIs, and data pipelines connecting AI agents to customer systems
- Work directly with customers to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Contribute to architecture decisions across our AI platform
- Identify product improvements and influence the future direction of the technology
- Write clean, maintainable, production-quality Python code
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years' software engineering experience
- 2+ years' within a highly regulated industry environment such as Banking, Insurance etc
- Strong Python development skills
- Experience building APIs, integrations, and distributed systems
- Comfortable working directly with customers and stakeholders
- Passion for AI, product development, and high-growth startup environments
