Job Description
As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Milo.ai, you will bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and customer value. You’ll onboard complex data sources, build Python-based integrations, and configure AI agents to solve real-world business problems. This high-impact role requires technical proficiency and the ability to translate complex data architectures for non-technical stakeholders.

What You Will Do
- Design and implement Python-based integrations to connect diverse customer data sources—from Salesforce and Jira to complex SQL databases—into the Milo.ai platform.
- Deploy and configure custom AI agents tailored to specific business needs, such as tracking brewery revenue or analyzing player behavior for gaming companies.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, whiteboarding data architectures with CTOs while guiding non-technical operations teams through platform capabilities.
The ideal candidate
- Holds a technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics and possesses strong coding skills in Python and SQL for building data pipelines.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, with the ability to navigate technical deep-dives with senior engineers and simplified explanations for business users.
- Thrives in fast-paced, customer-facing environments with a resilient mindset and a passion for solving difficult data integration and ETL challenges.
