About the Role
You’ll be the first hired EMEA technical leader for a high-growth identity platform. Your work will bridge engineering and enterprise customers, integrating passkey and biometric solutions for security without friction.
Key challenges & wins:
- Push SDKs, APIs, and SDK adoption into complex enterprise stacks
- Shape the global developer experience at scale
- Bring ultra-fast adoption via documentation, blogs, and video content
- Rails “how we build” culture directly with engineering through live, chaotic insights
- Engage financial institutions and public-sector peers daily

Core Responsibilities
Client Delivery:
- Lead technical deployments for global banks and fintechs, easing CI/CD with security.
Developer Experience:
- Build and maintain scalable SDKs and samples for enterprises
Enterprise Integration:
- Fluent solutions engineering: pitch UX, mash-up open-source libraries, learn, debug, & document
Adoption Growth:
- Own training materials (tutorials, case studies, and documentation)
Who You Are
Technical Foundation:
- Knocks on doors: TypeScript + JavaScript, REST/GraphQL
- Full-stack preference for wherever standards (OIDC, Passkeys) are deployed
