Job Description
You will join a lean, high-impact strategy team to build the internal AI systems that will transform how this publicly listed technology group operates. From automating service desks to building M&A integration tools, you will ship production-ready Python applications that turn organizational data into a structured, actionable knowledge layer.

What You Will Do
- Rapidly prototype and ship internal AI applications that remove friction across sales, service desks, and M&A integrations.
- Build a structured knowledge layer using MCP servers and direct APIs to pull data from Snowflake, Zoho, and Microsoft 365.
- Implement robust LLM observability, evaluations, and security guardrails to run AI agents within a regulated environment.

- Strong software engineer proficient in production Python with hands-on experience shipping RAG and agentic systems.
