They're now looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge the gap between engineering and customers, helping bring ambitious products to life in real-world environments.

What you'll be doing
- Working directly with customers to understand complex technical challenges and translate them into scalable product solutions.
- Deploying and integrating software into customer environments.
- Building bespoke workflows, integrations and tooling where needed while feeding learnings back into the core product.
- Collaborating closely with product managers, designers and software engineers to rapidly iterate on new features.
- Acting as the technical face of the business, building trusted relationships with customers.
- Owning projects end-to-end, from discovery through to deployment and ongoing improvement.
What they're looking for
You'll probably have experience in several of the following:
- Strong software engineering experience with languages such as Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, C++ or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work across the full technology stack.
- Experience integrating systems, APIs or cloud infrastructure.
- Customer-facing experience, whether in solutions engineering, consulting, technical implementation or forward deployed engineering.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and taking ownership of difficult problems.
