Position: Forward Deployed Engineer (Lead)
Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
Duration: 6+ months Contract
Role Overview
As a Forward Deployed Engineer (Lead), you will work directly with enterprise customers to solve business challenges through innovative software and AI-driven solutions. This role combines technical expertise, customer collaboration, and team leadership to deliver scalable, high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand business needs and define technology solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, from solution design to deployment.
- Drive the adoption of AI-assisted development and automation to improve delivery efficiency.
- Develop secure, scalable applications and enterprise integrations.
- Promote engineering best practices, including DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud-native development.
- Mentor and lead a small team of engineers while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Build reusable frameworks, tools, and accelerators to enhance future project delivery.
- Stay updated with emerging AI and software engineering trends.

- Strong experience in full-stack software development and solution architecture.

- Experience leading technical teams and delivering customer-facing solutions.
